The rooms are tidy and well-equipped with an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk. the location is marvelous, close to many amenities. the bed is comfortable, the food is great, and the staff are friendly.

Good value, room was stunning, staff were nice. There were iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk in the room, enjoyed that. This location was marvellous and pleasant, next to the RHS gardens. Easily reached Leo's Ristorante Monton, located not too far away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The location here was wonderful and convenient, just a short walk from all the places we wanted to visit, with the added bonus of being close to Embankment tube station.
